Please see the attached release from the Board of Elections Commissioners regarding inactive voters.

In accordance with the General Laws, registered voters who did not file their annual municipal census by Monday, June 1st have been designated as Inactive on the voter registry. As required by statute, all inactive voters will be mailed a follow-up Confirmation of Residency card.

⚠️ Traffic Advisory – Localized Street Flooding ⚠️

The Fall River Police Department is advising motorists to use caution due to areas of localized street flooding caused by heavy rainfall.

Please reduce your speed, allow extra stopping distance, and avoid driving through standing water whenever possible. Conditions may change rapidly as additional rain moves through the area.

Our officers are monitoring these locations and will provide updates as needed.

Design Public Hearing Improvements at Mary L. Fonseca Elementary School (SRTS) tomorrow, June 23rd at 7PM

The purpose of this hearing is to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the proposed improvements associated with the Mary L. Fonseca Elementary School (SRTS) project. All views and comments submitted in response to the bearing will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible.
