Atlantis Charter School is proud to celebrate Awen Plancher for receiving an official Citation from State Representative Alan Silvia in recognition of his outstanding achievement as a Christian A. Herter Memorial Scholarship recipient.

The Christian A. Herter Memorial Scholarship is awarded to Massachusetts students who demonstrate exceptional academic promise, leadership, perseverance, and determination in overcoming challenges while pursuing higher education goals. Each year, only a select group of students across the Commonwealth are chosen for this prestigious honor.

Awen's hard work, resilience, and commitment to his future have earned him this well-deserved recognition. We are incredibly proud of all he has accomplished and look forward to seeing the impact he will make in the years ahead.

🏆💙 Yesterday, we gathered for our final U.N.I.T.E.D. Awards Ceremony of the school year!

At the end of each quarter, grade-level teachers recognize students who exemplify the values of our school by presenting three special awards: Never Too Late To Be Great, U.N.I.T.E.D., and Ultimate Triton. Award recipients are honored in front of the entire Upper School community, making this one of our most anticipated traditions of the year.

These ceremonies give us the opportunity to come together as one team, grades 7 through 12, to celebrate growth, perseverance, character, leadership, and the many accomplishments of our students. Congratulations to all of our award winners! We are proud of the positive impact you have made on our school community. 💙💛

Last week, our youngest Tritons took a big step forward as they proudly crossed the stage at Kindergarten Graduation! 💙

Thank you to our families, teachers, and staff for supporting and encouraging our students every step of the way. The future is bright for the Class of 2038, and we can’t wait to see all they achieve in first grade and beyond!

🌴🎉 A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Student Council for organizing such a fun and memorable Spirit Week! 🎉🌴

Our K–6 students had an absolute blast participating in Tropical Day 🌺, Crazy Hair Day 🤪, and Dress Like a Student/Dress Like a Teacher Day 👩‍🏫👨‍🎓. The creativity, excitement, and school spirit were on full display all week long!

Atlantis Charter School is incredibly grateful to the Bristol County Savings Charitable Foundation for its generous $10,000 grant in support of student technology.

This funding will help ensure that our students have access to the devices, tools, and resources they need to engage with their curriculum, develop critical digital skills, and succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Partnerships like this make a meaningful difference for the more than 1,300 students and families we serve each day. Thank you for investing in educational opportunities and helping us empower the next generation of learners.

Nothing beats a day full of sunshine, friendly competition, team spirit, and unforgettable memories! From relay races to the bounce house, everyone brought their energy and enthusiasm. 💪💙

A huge shoutout to all the students, staff, and volunteers who made field day amazing. Congratulations to everyone who participated—you showed great teamwork, sportsmanship, and determination! 🌟

🌲✨ Our 6th graders had an unforgettable adventure at Camp Watchaug! ✨🌲

Students spent the day exploring the outdoors, building teamwork skills, and creating lasting memories with their classmates. From exciting activities such as rock climbing, kayaking, archery, and tie dying to lots of laughter and fun, it was a day filled with learning beyond the classroom.

A big thank you to our staff, chaperones, and Camp Watchaug for making this experience so special. We are proud of our students for their enthusiasm, cooperation, and positive attitudes throughout the trip!

From the first day of kindergarten to crossing the graduation stage, the Class of 2026 has left a lasting mark on Atlantis Charter School. We are incredibly proud of everything these students have accomplished and excited for the journeys ahead.

✨ 4B & 4D Taste of the Nation Celebration! ✨

Our fourth graders have worked hard on their state projects, and it’s time to celebrate their learning! 🎉

Families and friends were invited to enjoy delicious food and drinks inspired by regions across the United States. From coast to coast, our students showcased what they’ve learned while sharing a taste of America’s diverse culture and traditions.
