By now, the headlines of ICE have surely left your algorithm. FOX news & CNN have since pivoted to more current pi***ng contests following the tragic failures in Minnesota…

The president’s quick dismissal of the US air strike that haphazardly hit an Iranian school, killing 150+ children (ages 6-12), is just one example.

While a lot of us are left scratching our heads as to why we’re currently fighting Israel’s war, free-thinking people everywhere mourn for those affected by mindless military violence- both abroad & in our streets. (Including the seemingly forgotten 1.6 million people in Gaza still without food/water).

As for ICE’s future, regardless of the current DHS shutdown, new “mega prisons” are already built, fleets of SUVs have been purchased across the U.S. , & recruitment is an all time high.

This organization is bought & paid for with immunity baked in for field agents, regardless of the level future misconduct demonstrated. More private prisons means more beds to fill. Quotas, ROI’s. Detainees = dollars in a business that’s already booming.

When the faceless cowards inevitably turn up in your neighborhood again, continue to close the doors of your small business to ICE. Allow yourself to engage in civil & uncomfortable conversations with people you disagree with. Don’t let a vapid political bias compromise your own humanity.

Research outside of networks owned by Disney, Warner Brothers, & the Murdochs. Look responsibly for the truth. But most importantly, look out for each other. The Elite powers that be have never had our best interests in mind. Don’t expect them to start now. Don’t allow dangerous rhetoric (from both sides) tear us apart.
