• Extra Assistance Program: Up to 6% of purchase price (capped at $15K–$20K) to cover down payment/closing costs.
• 10kDPA program: $10,000 silent loan for qualified buyers (credit ≥660).
• City of Providence Grant: Up to $20,000 forgivable after 5–10 years.
