The root of most skin problems according to Ayurveda come from improper digestion and Ama. These impurities travel through the bloodstream and can manifest in the skin. They have different characteristics depending on your dominant Dosha. This tea is good for all doshas and works to cleanse the blood, strengthen the liver and enhance digestion. Boil 3 cups of water with 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp Indian sarsaparilla, 1/2 tsp coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds and a pinch of manjistha powder. Let sit for 10 minutes, strain and put into a thermos. Sip throughout the day. Cleanse from the inside 😊
