This licensure allows Operation Veteran Investigative Services (OVIS Security) to independently conduct and contract investigative and surveillance services across Virginia, with reciprocity for investigations originating in VA in select states.

Services now expanding to include:

• Civil, domestic, and infidelity investigations
• Activity verification & compliance checks
• Court-ready reporting and documentation
