For the past two weeks, our teams have been collecting snack donations for Affordable Homes & Communities. Last Wednesday, we tapped into our creative sides, decorating the bags and packing them full of goodies. These snacks will keep kids fueled for AHC’s vital education and development programs.

Juneteenth marks the end of slavery in the United States—nearly two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued—when the U.S. Army arrived in Galveston Bay, Texas, and declared that the 250,000 enslaved residents were finally free.
