Tuesday Wine Tasting is taking a short break this week.

Our regular Tuesday Wine Tasting will pause on Tuesday, June 16, as we make room for our Mahjong Class for Beginners at High Side.

You asked for it, and now it’s happening. We’ll be teaching Classic Mahjong, Hong Kong Old Style, with a beginner-friendly 2-hour class that includes a short lesson followed by open-hand guided play. Wine Tasting will return next Tuesday.

Mahjong Class for Beginners at High Side!

Learn Classic Mahjong, Hong Kong Old Style, in a beginner-friendly class designed for new players.

We are offering two beginner classes:
June 16 | 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
June 17 | 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Seats are very limited. Each class is capped at only 8 students so everyone gets hands-on instruction, guided practice, and enough table time to actually learn the flow of the game.

Fee: $45 per person, including 10% off food and beverage purchases during the class.

Each 2-hour class includes a 30-minute lesson covering tile identification, basic vocabulary, setup, turn flow, and table etiquette, followed by 90 minutes of open-hand guided play.
