Sheer mal is a bread with Persian origins & has a legacy of luxury, migration, and royal heritage.
Sheer means milk, mal means to knead.
It is a story of written in flour & milk and has been passed down through generations of women in our family. The cookie draws from flavors of sesame, cream & kalonji for a lightly sweetened heritage inspired cookie.
