We've wrapped up interior renovations to the Penn State Berks Perkins Student Center lounge and lobby area. Designed by JacobsWyper Architects, improvements on this project included a new vestibule storefront, ceilings, flooring, painting, lighting, and furniture.

🚧 In Progress 🚧 The new addition to the Sharples IV Building is taking shape on campus at Swarthmore College. Originally built in 1925, the building is being converted to a new post office, including a sorting area, break room, and loading dock.

Fostering a knowledgeable, passionate future generation of construction professionals is critical for our industry. Last week, Gbuild attended the University of Delaware's Construction Engineering and Management program's 7th Industry Day Dinner.

Gbuild Construction Managers has been a proud supporter of the program since its inception in 2017, and Doug Gianforte is a frequent guest lecturer.

Something new is coming to the Christiana Mall in Newark, DE - we're working behind the scenes to construct a new retail space for Jack and Jones, the Danish retailer with over $1.1 billion in revenue and over a thousand stores across Europe.
