Happy New Year from Energy Management Systems! We finished the 2023 season with a very successful and festive company wide holiday party! We rang in the new year eating great food, sitting with our work friends and family, and recognizing our tenure employees. Thank you to everyone who made 2023 a memorable year!

EMS Oktoberfest was a blast! Thank you to all our employees who helped put this together. Our Team Building Committee has once again organized an amazing event!

It's time for our October All Company Meeting! This meetings theme is Oktoberfest! Conference space is ready and our pumpkin decorating contest will soon take place!

Here at EMS we pride ourselves on a fun work environment that employees can look forward to. One thing we do to foster this is hold events that encourage creativity, team building and collaboration.... and food. Always food.

It is time for the Annual Run for the Stripes special walk/run Fundraiser! Every year, EMS participates and sponsors this amazing cause. We will be joining team 'Bill's Grateful Stripes' in memory of Bill Nutter. We hope to see many familiar faces at the event!

A current EMS intuitive is Christmas in Summer Toys for Tots Drive! Our community service committee organized this donation drive to help teens and families experiencing adversity in our community. EMS has donated art supplies, games, sports equipment and more.

What other services should we contribute to?

September is Wellness Month here at EMS! As a company we come together to focus on what matters: Our health!

This week, we focus on mental health. Mental health is so important and the cornerstone to living a happy life. Our employees will have the opportunity to journal and meditate during two activity sessions.

What do you do to improve your mental health?

At EMS we are proud to have a great work-life balance that promotes our employees to spend time with family, see the world or take a fun vacation.

This week, our employee Julianna went to the Grand Canyon National Park and she represented EMS the whole time!
