Since 2013, the Eagleview Community Garden has helped turn local effort into meaningful impact. Founded and funded by Hankin Group and supported by partners like Trellis for Tomorrow's Food for All program, the garden provides fresh produce to the Chester County Food Bank.

We are proud to have our team volunteer alongside this ongoing community mission.

Hankin Group has broken ground on a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝟳𝟮-𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁, five-story mid-rise building at 𝗞𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗼𝗻, 𝗣𝗔, marking the final piece of the community's Phase II expansion. Scheduled for completion in spring 2027, the building aims for LEED Gold certification, which would bring Hankin Group's total to 𝟱𝟭 𝗟𝗘𝗘𝗗-𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.

Residents will enjoy high-end, 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 such as smart-lock entry and EV charging, alongside existing 𝗹𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 like a 11,000-square-foot clubhouse, a resort-style pool, and direct access to the Chester Valley Trail.
