Today we pause.
Not for a sale.

TRX Sling Squat
Pelvic stability first.
This exercise helps clean up knee tracking when the squat begins.
If the knee wants to drift, collapse, or lose position, the sling gives feedback so the client can control the movement and own the pattern.
Stability at the pelvis helps create better mechanics all the way down.
