Looking to hire hotline chef and general kitchen staff. Duties include preparing all the specialty dishes served at the restaurant… must be self driven, responsible, and personable with the ability to handle high volume situations. Looking to hire a pitmaster. The candidate chosen will be responsible of preparing all the house, smoked meats and the sides.. must be personable and be able to handle high volume situations. Also, looking for a barbecue pit crew will be responsible for assisting the pitmaster and preparing the Foods rubs, sauces, and all the sides for the barbecue menu.. apply in person at Little Country Pizza Thursday through Sunday ask for chef Pierre.
