We are hiring laborers, looking to fill immediately.

Seeking qualified candidates for year-round work. Experienced laborers need shovel/rake & general grounds knowledge. Laser setup and elevations knowledge. Experience running compaction equipment, trash pumps, road saws, hoisting ,greasing and cleaning machines etc. Must be fit and able to endure hot days and cold winters. Ability to take direction from site foreman and have common sense.

OSHA 10 required or OSHA 30 training. Drug free environment. Ability to pass drugs and background check. Starting pay is based upon experience. Company benefits and yearly performance bonus package after working for a set prior of time. Candidates will have the ability to grow into greater positions within the company.

Prerequisites

A high School Diploma, GED or demonstrated success in a similar role
Valid Driver’s license and must have transportation to and from our shop
Able to shovel rake and endure periods of intense physical activity
Able to walk, bend, kneel, lift and perform regular laboring type tasks
Able to communicate in person, by phone, E-Mail and Text
Have a personality that works well with others, positive attitude
Able to take orders from site foreman
Be exceptionally respectful around crew and clients. Must be neat and pick up after oneself

Fun job from this week sewer tap in south Kingstown. Sewer main is 11 feet deep and crossing an 8” gas main in the street.

Septic replacement in North kingstown and turf for the customer before the weekend storm

Tight septic install in North Kingstown from a few weeks ago.

Not an easy one, rerouting the fire main. 8 foot deep in the water table with 3 sewer lines and a domestic water main in the way.

Septic system we did last month for a new construction.

One job we are on, can say that’s a first for pulling walls out. Wrapped up drainage around foundations and backfilling today

Finished up a small septic repair in Warwick.
