We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support Camp Fire Minnesota's upcoming capital campaign!

This part-time, hybrid role (up to 20 hours/week) will work closely with our President & CEO to help coordinate donor engagement, campaign events, scheduling, communications, and the many details that keep a major campaign moving forward.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating positive experiences for donors, volunteers, and our community. If you enjoy bringing order to complex projects and want to help expand access to nature-based experiences for youth across Minnesota, we'd love to hear from you.

The Marketing Manager plays a key role in advancing the mission by leading organization-wide storytelling, marketing, and communications efforts that center on youth voice, inclusive storytelling, and community engagement.

This role helps share the impact of Camp Fire through social media, newsletters, photography, videography, print materials, events, and digital communications — all while helping to ensure more young people have access to nature and a sense of belonging in the outdoors.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about youth development, equity, and community-centered storytelling.

✨ Salary range: $48,000–$58,000 + competitive benefits package

This year has been filled with muddy boots, curious questions, tiny discoveries, new friendships, and so much joyful learning in nature through our StormHawks Preschool partnership.
