Our travel designer, Melissa, recently returned from a two-week trip all around New Zealand. Some of her most memorable moments were a stunning drive from Lake Pukaki to Aoraki/Mount Cook village, visiting New Zealand’s largest glacier, exploring Christchurch and a Big Sky Stargazing Tour. Allison just returned from Ireland, and had these incredible memories to share! “I went to Northern Ireland to visit my best friend, who lives in Belfast. It’s a city with lots of character, close to the Causeway Coast, and the quaint towns there. The Virtuoso property, Kylemore Abbey in the Connemara region, offers an amazing historic stay in the area as well. Folks that plan trips to Ireland often skip Northern Ireland, but I think that’s a mistake. Our social media and marketing assistant, Arden, just recently returned from London! Having gone primarily for the V&A’s Marie Antoinette Exhibition, which housed many of her original items, including the actual blade from her tragic ex*****on. Other highlights include iconic sites like Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, and classic paintings, including her personal favorite, Fragonard’s “The Swing.” Thank you, Arden for these wonderful photos!🇬🇧💂🏻✈️

Our travel manager Jackie just returned from an Explora Journeys () cruise through the Caribbean. If you have worked with Pique in the past few years, you’ve probably heard our team rave about this new “5 star hotel on the water” concept - we can’t get enough. A while back, our travel designer Amanda took an amazing trip to Croatia🇭🇷 She visited places like Istria, Rovinj, Split, Dubrovnik, Plitvice, and so many more. Some highlights included a truffle hunt, taking in the rich historic scenery, tasting a UNESCO-recognized dish and hiking in national parks. Thank you, Amanda, for these incredible photos!

Some absolutely incredible snap shots, courtesy of Jeff Thomas, who recently embarked on a Lindblad Expedition in Antarctica. Jeff saw an Emperor, Adelie and Gentoo penguin on one small iceberg, the emperor being way out of his territory. Later that day he got the chance to see a family of Orcas. Back in November, Sonya took a family trip to the British Virgin Islands. From serene views of crystal-clear water to sunsets off Copper Island and Saba Rock, a stunning overwater restaurant. Last month, Jackie traveled all around Australia and New Zealand, taking in the most breathtaking views! Captivating landscapes in Queenstown and Milford Sound, as well as some animal friends! She also enjoyed relaxing while overlooking Shotover River and the Great Barrier Reef, and all the smiles in front of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Thank you for sharing your travels with us Jackie!
