Ellie’s been on my case for over a year about how she can “house hack” her daycare expenses. 
 
I kept telling her we need to be patient and the right one would come along. 
 
Well.. We just closed on a 4-plex that will cover her daycare and other expenses for years to come. And her brother was there to help her through the signing. ❤️✍️  
 
And 17 years from now, it could pay for her college several times over… or whatever dream she decides to chase. 
 
Build assets. 
Create options. 
Think long term.

There’s so much to be thankful for, but this was the best Thanksgiving ever! ❤️

Katie went into labor on Thanksgiving night, we got to the hospital around 4am, and Ellie joined us at 11:25am ! Katie did and is doing amazing!

Cooper’s reaction was amazing. He’s already the best big brother! He’s so gentle with her, pets her head, and gave her a kiss completely unprompted. ☺️ It’s so cute watching him be so interested in her and helping.

Oh, and he was toooo excited when the doctor let him wear his stethoscope to listen to her heartbeat. 😂🩺💓

Mom and baby are doing amazing, and our hearts couldn’t be fuller. Can’t wait to spoil my girls! 🍼✨

Happiest birthday to the best momma, wife, and my best friend in the whole world! Thank you for everything you do for us and especially making sure our big boy stays fed at all times! We appreciate you more than you know. Can’t wait to be a family of 4 in December!! Everyone go wish a BIG Happy Birthday!! 👸🥳🎁
