Roxanne Thomas is the Founder of Lakeshore Cafe.(Pictured above with her dog Buddy.) Roxanne is recovering at home right now with Alexis but she is getting healthier every day. They are all Colorado Natives and have owned this family restaurant for over 10 years in the evergreen community. Come on in and get some BREAKFAST! ☀️🍌

WE ARE OPEN!!!! At 50% indoor capacity but we have tables outside. Come in and see us we've missed all of you
Lakeshore Cafe is opening starting Friday 20th 8am 1pm or until we run out of food we will be serving all in one breakfast burritos bacon, sausage, ham and veggie burritos also we will have coffee,soda and OJ all Togo
