Mark your calendars for our Station 8 Community Event, THIS Saturday beginning at 9am. Connect with local resources, ask questions, and learn more about wildfire preparedness. This event is focused on Evergreen residents on the Blue Creek, Buffalo Creek East, Buffalo Creek West, Buffalo Park Estates, Brook Forest, and Herzman/Marshdale Plan units.

Give Me a Brake! Wild Aware partners with Colorado State Patrol to remind drivers to be aware of increased wildlife activity in wildlife areas due to calving and fawning!

We support closing certain trails in early days of calving such as this path in Estes Park.

Some of the trails in Estes Park are closed due to elk mothers being so aggressive right now. If you look closely, you can see an elk laying down in the background.
