The Garden PATH was created to provide the PASS students of DYC a hands on opportunity to garden. All produce is donated to the Everett Food Bank.

The Garden PATH ( Positive Alternatives through Horticulture) was started in June 2011. It was created to provide the PASS students of the Denney Youth Center a hands on opportunity to learn how to construct, care for and harvest a garden. The students have provided all the labor. All garden materials were donated by local businesses.

The students have been unable to tend the Garden PATH for over a year yet the energy of Ross Krueger and Sarah Bolton continue keeping this garden producing vegetables for the food bank. Thanks to both of you🙏
Horticultural therapy at its best.😉

The harvest is small and the students aren’t able to participate but still the garden grows. Yeah for Sara Bolton and Ross Krueger for tending the Garden PATH this year.

It’s very quiet without the students but the garden continues to grow and look beautiful.

Plants are thriving and growing at the garden. They miss being tended by the students but they will continue to be maintained under the watchful eyes of Sara Bolton and Ross Krueger.
Thanks team!

The Garden PATH students have had to go home but the garden continues to grow and provide us with a little slice of paradise. A huge THANKS to Ross and Sara for their continued work and care of this little slice of paradise.

I love the late summer harvest. Green beans just keep on coming. We harvested over 55 pounds of beans this week for the food bank.
