North Chapter Soccer Referee Association
NCREFS committment is to be a strong partner with clubs, and being a major presence in the community recruiting, mentoring, and retaining referee talent.
North Chapter Soccer Referees Association is a nonprofit State of Washington corporation serving Washington State soccer referee's in and around Snohomish County. We are dedicated to providing quality soccer officiating to the areas in and around Snohomish County.

There was a lot of whistle blowing last night at Arena Sports in Mill Creek, but it wasn’t about the bad play happening on the field next to us, it was about 30 new referees learning how to properly use their whistle as a means of communication. Another great class of new referees!!

Beautiful day to become a referee! 37 new referees added to our state. Plus, six instructors introduced to the new 5-hour format. Great day of learning for all!
Looking to referee this weekend? The North Chapter area still has over 105 games that need either centers and/or ARs. The age ranges from U8 to U19; recreational games to RCL games. Pay range from $15 to $55, with no chapter fees being charged.
