Pro Trip: Ignoring the leaves and debris in your gutters can cause clogs which lead to ice dams and water damage in your home. It's best to get them cleaned out every fall before winter sets in and after big storms.

Pro Tip: Trees and winter weather conditions can cause damage to your roof. Keep an eye out for loose or damaged shingles. Replacing them can prolong the life of your roof and help prevent more damage.

Finally got a few rain free days to work on this Edmonds siding project. Updated the home with a mix of new board and batton siding and lap siding with a fresh coat of white paint.

What does a General Contractor do?
The contractor is in charge of the day-to-day management of the job site, they coordinate the various vendors and subcontractors, and facilitate the communication between the all the different parties involved with the project. This includes making sure you have all the correct permits and inspections. They also make sure the job site is safe and that the project is running on schedule.
