Fascia is a type of connective tissue that wraps the whole body. This dynamic connective tissue has the ability to remodel and change properties to support the body. Unfortunately due to this ability it can become excessively tight and restrictive. Releasing this tissue is profoundly helpful for the body.

This bone is the Keystone of the Craniosacral System. A bizarre looking bone that makes up the back of the eye socket, temples, and the roof of the mouth.
