Designed it myself!!!

Here's the 6 1 based 426 stroker that I built for my buddy, Mike Bailey in his 2007 SRT Charger Dirty Dog.

Woooo....THAT was a long day!!! But well worth every second!!! 7.5 hours!!!

FINALLY able to get some long overdue projects completed on the wife's Hot Rod!!!

We finished;

Installing purple trim work on the heater vents.

We installed brand new rear shocks and front strut assemblies.

We FINALLY painted and installed the right front caliper and bracket and painted the hat of the rotor. So now all four of those are done and matching!!

We installed the 'new to her' steering wheel and interior door handles.

Got a couple more rear wheel spacers installed, to get the rear tires out away from the wheel opening/fender liner so it'll stop rubbing and to get the outside of the tire flush with the side of the car.

My Judy Rae got the engine bay COMPLETELY mucked out and looking beautiful.

I was able to inspect the rear cradle and found there aren't any cracks, as is common on 2005 to 2009 Modern Mopar, LX platform vehicles. Also inspected the driveline couplers and found they were still good.

Inspected the rear suspension for any failing control arm or lateral arm bushings.

It was very nice working with her, as always, and getting a lot of work done to this garage queen!!! Since I got the lifters replaced a couple weeks ago and with the work we got done today, we can finally start driving it regularly again!!

Finally tearing into the wife's Hot Rod!!! Damn Chinese lifters and their retainers failed within 500 miles a year of more ago. So we have some Elgin Pro Stock non-MDS, performance lifters going in!!

Car has been a Garage Queen since the 'new' lifters failed. Good thing we decided to replace them when we did because when those plastic lifter retainers fail, the the lifter turns sideways, destroys the lifters, the cam and ultimately the engine!!!

Been busy with life and been busy with the wife....ordering parts for some stroker builds coming up and I'll be putting in work on my rig tomorrow!!
