Just finished up a fun project in Anacortes. Total facelift for an older building! Looking brand new.

Currently still in the works but nearing the end on this boat house job, which we started in the beginning of August! The plans and base for the boathouse were completed by a separate engineer prior to us starting. Here are some progress photos from along the way.

It was a fun day yesterday bringing some life back into an old dock! New floats installed, old wood was removed and new wood put down. By Saturday all the finishing touches will be on and completed.

This customer had a couple concerns to address. Water seeped underneath old linoleum flooring, causing the glue to pop. And the kitchen sink needed to be recaulked. The customer wanted vinyl snaplock flooring, and we are all happy with the end results. It was a fun couple of days building this pump house down in South Whidbey!

When I’m not out on the water, I’m doing handyman construction at clients homes. This front porch in Kenmore was rotten in places and in need of a tear down and rebuild.

Almost done with the lower section of this boat house. The customer and I are very happy with the result. Before photo attached. 🤩

Before, during and afters of a boat house job in the Everett Marina. We just finished the final coat of epoxy on the new plywood floors this afternoon. Also, this boathouse was installed two new floats to help with stability.
