Bluestone is a warm, comfortable oasis on Central Street in Evanston that features outstanding food, fantastic surroundings, and a great staff.
Opened in 2001, Bluestone has become a favorite gathering place for locals and visitors alike.
My happy place: a patio seat, a good salad, a glass of w**e, and nowhere else to be.

Spotted this week was our owner, Pat Fowler, giving a warm Bluestone welcome to the new Northwestern University President, Mr. Mung Chiang. We love the energy and vibrancy NU brings to our city and are very excited about the reopening of Ryan Field on October 2.
