A hopeful moment where community came together at Etz Chaim in Lombard to share handmade treats and meaningful creations for Hanukkah. We were so touched by the love for our co-created date honey💛
This season, we wish for continued light, connection, and community for all. 🕯️🍯

Beyond grateful to be a part of the Gratitude Service hosted by the New Trier Multi-Faith Alliance this week at Temple Jeremiah. 💚
We gathered with friends from across various faiths to honor what holds us together: gratitude, belonging, and the hope of peace.
It was a joy to be part of this space of listening, dialogue, and true togetherness and we were moved to see community line up after the service to purchase jars of our date-honey in support of our farmers! 🌴
Swipe to hear Rev. John Kay reflect on Building Together’s mission and why this work matters. 🙏🍯
Drizzle our delicious date honey 🍯 over challah 🥖 and anything you love!
Every jar supports our farmers and the spirit of shared connection behind this work. It’s sweetness with purpose, and we’d love to see how you’re enjoying it!

We’re feeling so honored and grateful to have been welcomed to Beth Emet in Evanston last week for their Sukkot celebrations.
It was a beautiful evening of conversation, pastries (including a delicious date honey cake!), and deep connection.
Congregants generously supported our mission by purchasing jars of date-honey and learning more about the heart of Building Together — the joys and challenges of bridge-building, and our shared hopes for a more connected, compassionate future across faiths and communities.
Thank you to Rabbi London and the community at 🌿✨

Some sweet moments from our date honey booth at Beth Emet The Free Synagogue in Evanston, just before Shabbat services last month. We were honored to have Rabbi London welcome our mission into her community, and it has been so heartening to hear lots of positive feedback!
One of the highlights was a community member sharing their own date honey recipes so that everyone could imagine ways of bringing this sweetness into their kitchens.
We’re grateful for for their partnership and can’t wait to be back next week for another tasting and in-person honey sale during the Sukkot celebration 🍯🌿. DM us for details if you’re local!
➡️ As always, date honey is available through the link in our bio!
