On the Reformer, you have to actively lift your ribs. The Spine Corrector does that work for you, letting you focus on the movement itself.

The Reformer asks for more core control throughout. The Spine Corrector gives you the support of the arc so you can find the shape with more ease.

The arc provides both support and a tactile stopping point, making it easier to find proper alignment and move with confidence.
