We, SMITH CONCIERGE, are looking to fill a maintenance technician position. Must have own transportation that can carry a ladder. Must have basic knowledge of general property maintenance (small painting, changing a ceiling fan, assisting electrician and/or plumber, etc). Hours are flexible and pay is commensurate with experience; we also pay mileage. Great job for someone retired not looking to work 40 hours every week.
