For those who haven't joined us, Inicio is a passion project developed by Chef Justin Hayes. The experience allows you to see inside the soul of a chef through a multi-course tasting menu with options of beautiful wine and zero-proof pairings presented by the chef himself. Your senses will be heightened throughout each course, leaving you totally immersed by the end. The experience is unlike anything else in the area.
