So proud of the members that represented us this past weekend! They worked their tails off getting ready for this comp, and watching them go out and perform was awesome! We had the biggest support squad by far, the energy was great and I know it helped our competitors. Thank you for having us this weekend!

Meet Coach Pierre!
Say hello to Coach Pierre, one of our newest additions to the Starr.Fit team! 💪 Certified in Olympic weightlifting 🏋️‍♂️ and powerlifting, Pierre is a lifelong athlete passionate about helping others improve their fitness. He loves mastering skills like bar muscle-ups and encourages everyone to “do your best and stay consistent—progress takes time.”
Outside the gym, Pierre enjoys bike rides 🚴, gaming 🎮, and flying his drone ✈️. Welcome, Coach Pierre! 🌟✨

Meet Coach Kaila!
We’re excited to welcome Kaila to our Starr.Fit coaching team! 💪 Kaila is certified in Olympic weightlifting 🏋️‍♀️ and powerlifting, and she’s passionate about helping others find the joy she’s discovered in the gym. She loves power cleans and back squats, and with two years of fitness experience, she’s inspired by the life-changing impact of lifting heavy.
Kaila’s go-to advice is to “keep showing up for yourself” and to “follow the program, not the mood.” 🏋️‍♀️📋 Outside the gym, Kaila enjoys reading 📚, being a cheer mom 📣, and spending time with her dogs 🐶.

Meet Coach Brandon!
The newest addition to our Starr.Fit coaching team, Brandon brings 10 years of fitness experience 💪 and a passion for helping others crush their goals 🎯. Certified in Olympic weightlifting 🏋️‍♂️ and powerlifting, he’s ready to help athletes build strength and confidence.
He’s all about progress 🔄, loves a short WOD 🏋️‍♀️, and believes in showing up for yourself every day.
Outside the gym, you’ll find him surfing 🏄‍♂️, playing disc golf 🥏, or working on cars 🚗. Help us give him a warm welcome! 🌟✨

Ava brings her vibrant energy ⚡ and four years of CrossFit experience 💪 to our Starr.Fit coaching team! She holds certifications in Olympic weightlifting 🏋️‍♀️ and powerlifting 🏋️—bringing a strong technical foundation to her training.

She loves an EMOM ⏳ and any WOD with Snatches 🏋️‍♀️. Ava encourages athletes to be confident 💯 and take it one day at a time ⏳.

Outside the gym, you’ll find her tanning ☀️, kayaking 🚣‍♀️, and enjoying good food 🍽️.
