Be conscious of high heat. β˜€οΈ

When temperatures soar, finding a cool place indoors can make all the difference.

If your home is too warm, consider spending time in air-conditioned locations like libraries, shopping centers or other public buildings to help beat the heat.β˜€οΈ Taking breaks from the sun and staying cool can help prevent heat-related illnesses and keep you safe during periods of extreme heat.🏠

When we first got a call about pancakes, we didn’t know what to think!

But now we see it is thanks to the generosity of our community for nominating us to the Nutella Stack for Giving Back program. We were chosen out of more than 6,000 nominated departments across the country to receive a Breakfast Kit.

Thank you to whoever nominated us and thank you to Nutella for this kit.

We plan to use the items to honor our team during our annual Award Ceremony. πŸ₯ž

June is PTSD Awareness Month. πŸ’š

This month, our department is wearing green to recognize PTSD Awareness Month and to support first responders and community members affected by trauma.

If you notice some of our crew wearing green, it’s our way of showing support.
