We designed this brand system, custom illustration and typography, and installed these window graphics for Paul’s Live From New York Pizza in Eureka a while back, and I just got some pics of the job. As always we love adding art, color, and originality to our fellow locally owned businesses.

About a year ago or so we had the privilege of creating these new signs for Village Pub at The Victorian Inn in Historic Ferndale. There’s a new owner, and the old signs were falling apart. It was fun to see the client’s original ideas for the signs and then elevate from there and throw our spin on it. Swing by next time you’re in lovely Ferndale!

We’ve been doing a lot of work with our friends at Providence Trauma Team lately. This particular piece is a coaster we designed and produced that will be distributed to local breweries and tasting rooms.

Many tourists and locals alike do not respect how gnarly the rivers and oceans can be in wild Humboldt County. Maybe these cool reminders will save a life this season.

Micro greens are an amazing thing to eat, and here at VC we are huge champions of local agriculture. If we’re ever going to start to fix the sad state of health in this country, this is a great start!

Stoked on how this one came out. Alba is the Gaelic name for Scotland, so we wanted to tie some Scottish plaid pattern into a capital letter A. Of course plaid can be intricate and busy, so the goal became to boil it down to its most basic essence. Once the brand mark was done the pattern in the A worked very well to extrapolate out and make the pattern used on the van wrap, business cards, and elsewhere.

Dave’s Place in Friendly Henderson Center got a signage upgrade last week! We love beautifying our town and empowering local business. Lissa at Dave’s has been awesome to work with over the years.
