Renovating this property was a highlight of my portfolio, yielding a tremendous sense of accomplishment and creating some real memorable moments in the renovation and home staging sense. As one of four units updated a s brought to life in a 4-plex, it successfully transitioned into a lucrative Airbnb/short-term rental. Ultimately, the property was listed, sold fully furnished last year, and has continued to thrive under new ownership.
