This morning, AJ Armanini and his son, Lucca, represented Advanced Security Systems at the North Bay Construction Corps (NBCC) Career Fair in Santa Rosa. The event marked the final session of a 10-week program where 60 dedicated high school seniors spent their Saturdays gaining hands-on experience and training in the construction trades.

We were honored to be invited to connect with these motivated graduates, share what a career in the security industry can look like, and discuss the opportunities available within our organization.

Congratulations to the NBCC Class of 2026 on completing this impressive program. We look forward to seeing the impact these young professionals will make in the skilled trades workforce.

As always, our Central Monitoring Station remains staffed and operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — because protecting our customers never takes a holiday.

Today was filled with great food, team spirit, and a whole lot of red across all of our offices!

Our Eureka team kept a tradition alive with a visit from Taqueria La Barca (always a favorite!), Santa Rosa kicked off the day with delicious breakfast burritos, and our Clearlake Oaks crew enjoyed a fantastic meal at a local Mexican restaurant.

It’s always a great day when we can come together, celebrate culture, and enjoy some amazing food as a team.
