Our special this week is the Crunchy Nutella French Toast. Three pieces of Texas bread layered with Nutella and dipped in our housemade French toast batter, covered in crushed corn flakes, and then deep fried. Served with housemade hand whipped cream.

Our special this week is the GH Gobbler. Grilled sourdough, organic turkey, fresh avocado, hickory-smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, Larrupin’s mustard, and housemade aioli.

Private dinner at the GH. Pork tenderloin topped with Alfredo, grilled, organic veggies, seasoned potatoes with Asiago and homemade French bread. Making me think I should do our monthly dinner menu again. 😀

Peaches and Cream. This week come in for decadent dessert….i mean breakfast. Our amazing housemade hotcakes topped with a fresh, organic peach compote and hand whipped peach cream.

This week we are offering a Chilaquiles special. Our housemade tortilla chips topped with our red sauce, ground NY steak, avocado, queso fresca, cilantro, and two free range eggs.

Our special this week is a Migas Chorizo Scramble. Eggs, organic onions, housemade chorizo, Jack cheese, avocado, and salsa fresca on freshly made tortilla chips. Served with two sides. Shown here with housemade apple sauce and fresh country potatoes. Don’t miss out on our fresh squeezed mimosas! Our favorite might very well be the watermelon. 🤩

Lotus Hot Cakes. Fresh, housemade, buttermilk hot cakes topped with Nutella and crumbled Biscoff lotus butter cookies.

We are excited to offer our newest special. Sage’s Sweet Hot Cakes. Two fresh hot cakes topped with housemade lemon curd, Nutella, and fresh, organic bananas. Swerved with a side of housemade organic banana syrup. Our savory special is a two egg breakfast featuring a thick slice of housemade pork belly.

This week we are offering our amazing Triple Berry Lemon Crepes. Fresh crepes, housemade lemon curd, organic berries, and, of course, hand whipped cream. Don’t miss out on this lemon curd special. It’s sooo good!!

This weekend we are offering Allie’s Breakfast Sandwich made with our housemade bun. Pork belly made in house, organic spinach, tomato, feta, and free range scrambled eggs top the delicious wheat bun. Served with one of our amazing, housemade sides.
