Dear friends and neighbors, for more than three decades, Cornucopia has been a place where friendships were built, first jobs and skills were learned, birthdays and anniversaries were celebrated, and countless dishes and drinks were shared and enjoyed.

Today, we want to share an important update directly with our Eugene/Springfield community. Over the course of the first half of this year, and with much thought and consideration, we’ve decided to explore our options for Cornucopia’s future, including the potential sale of one or more of our restaurant locations.

This is not a closing announcement. All our restaurants remain open, and our amazing teams continue to do what they’ve always done: serve great food and provide welcoming spaces for our guests to create and share memories to last a lifetime. We remain incredibly proud of what we’ve built and believe there is still tremendous value and opportunity in the Cornucopia brand. Our goal is to find the right path forward – one that honors our staff, our guests and the legacy we have all built together.

To everyone who has supported us all these years, thank you. Your loyalty, encouragement and memories have made Cornucopia what it is today. For now, we’d love nothing more than to keep serving you.
