Doing a Reality Check first thing in the morning is the best time to check to see if you’re still dreaming. Oftentimes you’re actually still asleep and can lucid dream or astral projection once you realize you are indeed still sleeping.

The MILD TECHNIQUE stands for Mnemonic Induction to Lucid Dreaming. Every night as you’re falling asleep, repeat the same phrase to yourself, like “I will know that I am dreaming” or something similar, until you fall asleep.

By repeating this mantra, you’re encouraging your brain to be aware when you begin dreaming, increasing your chances of having a lucid dream.

SLEEP PARALYSIS: Let go of your fear! OBE instead! You can find this video on my YouTube channel ‘LUCID EXPLORERS.’ In it I will share with you why it’s important to examine your fears so that you don’t manifest them, and how you can use sleep paralysis as an opportunity to astral project.

Always remember to question your reality! That way you can trigger and confirm a lucid dream.

Your INTENTION is a powerful tool for lucid dreaming and astral projection. You are more likely to be successful when you use strong intention (and expectation).
