This Saturday, the 14th, join us in Blue River for the grand opening of the McKenzie Crossing and Native Welcoming Center. There will be native indigenous ceremony, drumming, flutes, fry-bread tacos, and other native vendors.

This exciting day opens the door to a new home connecting the past, present, and future of native people throughout the region who used this location as a crossroads for travel and trade. Come say hello, as I'll be capturing video of the event!

I'm excited to announce that our short documentary, "Burning To Heal," will be broadcast AGAIN on PBS 12 in Colorado tomorrow (Tuesday) night at 8pm MT.

Sharing the message of a positive and proactive relationship with fire is more important than ever as we move into summer. Many thanks to the Colorado Environmental Film Festival for helping make the connection for TV distribution.

I'm excited to say my short documentary, "Burning to Heal" is playing at a film night in Eugene called "Living With Fire" on March 20th! Get your tickets now and arrive early for a good seat because this event will sell out.

Along with showing two other short films, there will be a panel discussion and Q&A afterward with local fire practitioners. Tabling by local organizations before and after the film will also happen to spread the word about living with fire.
