Renovations to a 1,018,020 sq. ft. warehouse. Plumbing work focused on underground piping, floor drains, and other systems required to meet occupancy needs within an accelerated timeline.

Marquis Apartments & Community Center

University of Oregon Pacific Hall
Phased plumbing renovation for a 30,000 sq. ft., three-story facility featuring laboratories, classrooms, and office space. The project included plumbing upgrades to support 16 new wet research laboratories and classroom areas. Phase 1 involved the demolition and reconfiguration of the existing plumbing system, while Phase 2 focused on installing new plumbing infrastructure for the renovated spaces.
