• Bill Pay: For individuals who remain in control of their personal finances, but need ongoing assistance to maintain financial stability. Help may include budgeting, organizing financial papers, paying bills, banking, and help filling out forms.
• Representative Payee: For individuals who receive federal benefits, such as Social Security, Veterans Benefits, and Railroad Retirement Benefits, and are unable to manage those benefits on their own. Volunteers manage funds on behalf of the clients, ensuring that basic needs are met and funds are protected.
