This Earth Week, your bottles and cans can make a difference for Howard Elementary PTO!

We're thrilled to be participating in 's 6th Annual Earth Week Give — and we need your help!

What is Earth Week Give? Earth Week Give is a special fundraising event hosted by BottleDrop running April 15–26, 2026. Every dollar raised through bottle and can returns during this period can earn a 20% match from BottleDrop Give — up to $55,000 in matching funds available across all participating nonprofits!

Here's how you can support us:

🛍️ Drop Blue Bags – Pick up BottleDrop Blue Bags from us, fill them with your returnable bottles and cans, and return them at any BottleDrop location between April 15–26.

Hi -Below is the link for the Signup for our end of year beach themed party on May 15th!!Please sign up for a slot or 2 (or even 3), if you are able. We intentionally kept time slots short for the positions open during the party, so folks can also spend time enjoying with their kiddo's.

Spring Book Fair Signup slots

We have another book fair coming up starting the week of March 9th, which will coincide with Literacy night at the school on the 12th.

If you are able to help with any shifts, please sign up.

We will also be helping with Set up after school on the 5th. I did not make a time slot for that date, but feel free to drop in and help if you have the time. I will amend this post once a have a solid start time. Right now it's just for after school.

Hey everybody!! Lori posted for the book fair yesterday. If anyone is able to sign up for a slot it would be greatly appreciated. I know this is super last minute as it starts next week, but it’s gonna be a lot of fun. There are some slots for an hour after school or a couple hours next Friday night.
