Good Creative
Good Creative is a design agency that develops communication tools for value driven organizations.
We provide complete branding packages that include design for logos and brand guidelines, print assets like business cards, flyers, brochures, and posters, product packaging, full scale web development, social media content, and strategic marketing consulting.
We're a design agency and we have Good times. We develop Good Creative for clients, and it's also important to build and create internally as well.
So we dedicate time to reflect, revel, and reintroduce ourselves to each other. We get together regularly, toss some bags, drink some spirits, share successes, and paint the picture for our future goals within our team.
This years theme was "Campout" - roasting each other, stoking fires (of excitement), and pitching the tents of possibility.

Team Spotlight, Adam Junod - Founder and Creative Director.
Adam's design journey began in Los Angeles after graduating from CSUN in 2006. He worked at advertising agencies and gained valuable experiences, but felt a desire for a balanced lifestyle. After almost a decade of working with clients like Netflix and Disney, he became a freelancer, embracing the opportunity to travel and explore his entrepreneurial side in design.
During this time, he discovered the Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) movement. He pursued personal growth by completing apprenticeships and trade certifications while freelancing in peaceful rural settings. The farms he lived on and the organizations he worked with became his cherished clients. From the beautiful landscapes of Maui to the vibrant cultures of New Orleans, Philadelphia, Taos, and Cottage Grove, he immersed himself in organic farming, natural building, permaculture, and holistic living.
In 2016, Adam moved to San Diego and worked at a tech startup, where he met Emily, who was completing her PhD program at UCSD. They fell in love and decided to downsize their lives, moving to Austin when Emily got a prestigious position with the Gates Foundation. They embraced minimalism and lived in a compact 150-square-foot tiny home, leading an off-grid lifestyle. After Austin, they set their sights on Eugene in the Pacific Northwest.
In Eugene, Adam quickly became involved in the design community and met JJ Walker (Avitar Virgonian). They formed a strong bond and decided to establish Good Creative, aiming to elevate craft food and beverage businesses in the Pacific Northwest through purpose-driven design and branding.
For Adam, design goes beyond graphic arts. He sees it as harmoniously arranging elements for both aesthetics and functionality, influencing every aspect of his life. Outside the studio, he finds fulfillment in landscape and interior design. With Emily Elysia Little and their dog Luna, they embark on adventures in the enchanting forests of the PNW, constantly inspired by the beauty of life.

Good Creative - Team Spotlight
JJ WALKER, Senior Designer
JJ Walker has spent a life fully immersed in different facets of the visual & audio arts. He decided to focus his creative abilities in the rewarding, but challenging avenue of visual communication. After graduating from Design School in 2003 he moved to Bend to cut his teeth in the fast-paced world of print. He quickly took to the profession and ran the design department for a commercial print shop for the next 5 years. When he met his soon to be wife Emma, JJ decided to move to Eugene and start freelancing. Since 2009 he has designed and illustrated for businesses in Oregon while simultaneously trying to juggle raising two children. In 2019, JJ and Adam decided to combine forces and go all in on Good Creative.
When not doing some kind of visual arts you can catch JJ dabbling in the audio arts, DJing vinyl records or making music with his friends. He also enjoys playing in the Oregon Wilderness; hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, camping, and spending summer pool days with Emma and his kids.

Taking care of the Earth, our people (and family), and making sure that we continue to create value for our clients and grow the agency to be sustainable for years to come.

Facts. Excessive vehicle transit is contributing to a dirtier world. Car fumes, road debris, plastics, oils, and chemicals are constantly in our environment - in our air, water, and soils (and therefore food!). Or consider the financial side; gas, wear and tear, payments, and maintenance of your vehicle is an expense. Pair that with the fact that 50% of trips in the US are under 3 miles. No wonder Americans are so out of shape! The US is a nefariously car centric society. Normalizing bike transit is fundamentally a direct action towards a more economically sustainable world.
How can we utilize branding for Good?
When we partnered with and we came up with the idea of a bike tour around San Diego that identified sea-level rise locations in the city - at a business that would be under water, on a main highway (the 101), in front of luxury houses on the coast, and at a shopping mall parking lot.
We branded the event, created digital assets, and marketed the event with the local community, the ride starting at and ending at with a presentation by .
Appealing to the average person through Santa Claus, we asked what would Santa be without snow?
