Just under 4,000 pounds of .25" thick clear acrylic sheets turned into sneeze guard / separator shields. Routed to shape with bases for each. Created x295 31"x36" total shields. Happy to be part of the solution.

For the past two weeks I have been routing separating guards for a customer of mine. Love that businesses are putting employees and customers first and trying to keep local business running. Now that job is done, I have time to offer up my version of separating guards(sneeze guards) to any business that may need them. These are quality built table top versions. I use .25" thick clear acrylic. There are two base types available. This is the simple one that that has three parts that slip together. The other allows a gap at the bottom. Some nice reverse mount onto gloss acrylic with mounted letters. Create a very nice display for the office.

Wine art - Laser engraved wood / sanded and lacquered.

Reverse mount digital print onto tempered .25" thick glass / puck mount off sets the wall 1". (round silver disks that are around around the border.) We offset dry erase boards like this to keep the wall around it clean. Tempered glass is for safety, glass is used for the ease of erasing and high glossiness. Plus it looks cool.

Build process for compass box.

Brass compass box- solid 2.5” thick maple. Routed to exact shape of compass bottom. Routed out box for top. Stained cherry red. Brass plate , hook, and compass installed. That is how you present a compass.
