BALANCED LIVING YOGA will be offering classes at the Stellaria Building on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 - 11:00 am

Upasana Giglia will be sharing the "sister sciences" of Yoga & Ayurveda, a potent combination for achieving optimal balance & personal well-being.

It will be a gentle practice, appropriate for all levels. Each class will include a short discussion of Yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom, movement, breath & meditation. $10 drop in fee

Advanced Trainings will be offering Advanced Myofascial Techniques for Massage Therapists, Rolfers, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and other body workers on September 27-29th at the Stellaria Building.
