Closing day is honestly one of my favorite parts of this job — because this is the moment you get your keys!
Here's what to expect:
📋 You'll sign a lot of paperwork (bring your ID!)
💰 You'll bring your closing costs (your lender gives you the exact amount ahead of time)
🔑 You'll get the keys to your new home!
