On Wednesday, our community lost a truly special person, Tom Christian, the owner of Redwood Northwest. His iconic redwood picnic tables can be found at nearly every Eugene-Springfield outdoor dining area (and beyond, as well).

Thanks to Jason Carroll, Tom became a client, but he quickly became much more than that. He was a veteran, a dedicated business owner, a loving family man, and most importantly, a friend.

Tom trusted me implicitly with his business, a trust I will always cherish. Even during our business discussions, he never failed to ask about CJ and Cooper, showing his genuine care and interest.

Tom was the hardest working business owner I’ve ever known, and I will miss him.

In November, we had the pleasure of working with BrandStar on a segment about Arcimoto for their Inside The Blueprint show. This past weekend, the episode aired on Bloomberg and Fox Business.
