Newer roof, passed a pre list inspection! Horrible install, over exposed flashing, roof jack vents installed backwards and ripped wide open! Two different type of materials! This inspector was a pretty new one looking at his number and he actually did get on the roof so……ALWAYS, I repeat ALWAYS get your own inspection!!!

Here is a flipper I am working on today! This fireplace looks wonderful with a new paint job, doesn’t it? Nice and clean, painted a deep dark black, Hmmmmm. The base or floor of this fireplace has been covered with wood, yes Wood! I’ll say that again, the base of the fireplace has been covered with wood!!!! I have done many of this realtors flips and I always find crap that is covered up and poorly done! This guy needs to go! This can cause a major fire, putting lives at stake!! Gotta love these flippers!!! And paint and floor coverings absolutely do not warrant the Remodel label!

Haven’t seen this one before! They self bonded the neutral with the ground bus bars! We already have the Bars split with the service coming in and this is considered a sub panel so n a Manufactured. So why bond the two together?

Often times we can not locate a cleanout, in Oregon the clean outs must be accessible which is often not the case. This one was a tad tricky but we got it done! 268 feet of line out to the street connection.
