This time-lapse walks through the build of a custom channel “cloud” for Smoke King — starting with the face fabrication, then bringing it to life on the can, and finishing with the full install on the building.
What you’re seeing:
• Precision-cut acrylic face
• Color + diffusion dialed in for that even glow
• Fully assembled into a clean, high-impact channel letter set

Some fresh signage is about to head out the door for the Lakeside Oregon Fire Department! These are called Flat Cut Outs or what we refer to as FCO’s. This is a budget friendly option that gets routed using our CNC machine and can be done in several material substrates. They are typically painted or overlayed with vinyl which allow you to do pretty much any color to make sure you stay on brand, grab attention, and not break the bank account!
